SHIPPING

Shipping long or oversized items can be both costly and occasionally slow. At Thriving Design, we do our best to keep shipping prices reasonable and absorb a portion of the cost ourselves. Our goal is to always ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them during the work week. However, once your order leaves our facility, we are no longer able to control delivery timelines or the possibility of loss. When this happens, it's a bummer for everyone. 

Please note that expedited shipping is not available for long or oversized items unless special arrangements are made in advance. This is due to the significantly higher carrier fees for such items. To keep costs low for everyone, we charge a flat rate based on your order value. 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days. If you haven't received your order after 10 business days, please email us at ohsnap@thrivingdesign.com. We'll work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the delivery issue. If after 14 days you still haven't received your order, we can open a case with the carriers. At this point we'll send you a replacement order at no additional cost.

Please keep this information in mind when placing your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide the best service possible while keeping costs fair for everyone. 

 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products purchased directly from Thriving Design's website you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund less restocking and shipping paid. 

We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange. If you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. 

Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return. We will reimburse the original purchase price to either your original method of payment or as a Return Gift Card.
